This offer covers most items shipped by ground
within the contiguous U.S. The only exceptions
are large or heavy items, such as a tanning beds,
pool tables, shuffleboards, some bidets, etc.
Please provide a valid street address with each
order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O.
boxes). Additional charges apply to rush and international
shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product.

Tax
Sales Tax is added only to orders delivered within Washington. The state of Washington requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order . When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in Washington is 8.9%.

& International Orders

Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes

How
Fast Will You Receive An Order
All orders are processed between 7 a.m. and 5
p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Your order
will try to be shipped within 48 hours, unless

Out-of-Stock
Products
Though we do our best to make sure the products
we offer are always available, we occasionally
run out of particular items. If the item you order
is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours.

Returns

Please call 1-800-550-0056 and explain
the situation and get your RMA number on any
item. If you send your return before contacting
us without a RMA number, the return will be
refused.
2.
We will call up the shipper that
provided shipping to you in the first place
to pickup. Please use UPS to ship back
if you are returning a bidet.
3.
Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to
return. Make sure to include all parts and
data sent with the package
4.
Tape box securely and mark with appropriate
shipping address.
